Important to inform us if the location is of sensitive nature for example: religious location like temples or religions activity, cemetery/burial/wakes, political/protest rally; as we may not be able to take the job 2. Customer need to pay to confirm the job. Then we will inform customer of booking confirmation. We use a First come first serve 'Queue System' (First person confirm the job gets priority) 3. Customer to provide coffee making area. This includes 1x 13A power point, stable 4x2 feet table, ground must be stable (ex: table should not be on sand, mud or incline slope) 4. Venue location must be accessible. Customer need to handle any building permit or access cards. 5. We do not accept on-site jobs later than 10 pm 6. Setup of last minute orders may differ from pictures depending on case to case 7. No haggling No Hassle. Price is as advertised or quoted. Our staff is not allowed to 'abruptly charge extra' (unless add or change job scope) 8.1 No falsifying of quotation/invoice/amount paid 9. Fees quoted by any means is valid for 30 days from date of quote 10. We have the right to refuse service (or accept jobs) if: (ex:) Abrupt changes in job description or expectation, customer payment issues, or other violation of our Policy; Act of god, force majeure, or government policy requirements Service > General 1. Barista(s) role in Coffee Catering service/job is to make coffee. This does not include other services such as hostess, waiter, car valet, or other non-related 2. Muslim staff cannot be requested to handle pork or "non-halal" ingredients 3. Customer can request for our barista to wear uniform provided by customer provided: uniform fits, does not cause discomfort/injury & must be appropriate (Ex: No Bikini Uniforms). And MalaysiaBarista management need to approve the uniform. 4. All customers, with exception of special cases 4.1 Full payment up front before we go; No terms, PD check or IOU. 4.2 No refund for last minute cancelations, or lack minute onsite problems (such as electrical outage) 5. The Barista is not allowed to stand under the hot sun, under the rain or work in a condition that is against Jabatan Buruh regulations. 6. No vulgarities & personal attack/insults to our staff. If such were to occur, all staff are instructed to give customer a one-time warning. If customer refusal to comply the staff will discontinue any phone or WhatsApp conversation. If staff is doing the job for customer, the staff will stop all work and just leave. 7. No physical violence, threats of violence or sexual harassment. If such were to occur, all staff are instructed to give customer a one-time warning. If customer refusal to comply the customer will forever be place in our blacklist. A police report could be filed (depends on severity). Ex: Report No 002246/26 against Ayam Gepuk King Zakkier. If staff is doing the job for customer, the staff will stop all work and just leave. |
